Your account shows a payment was issued to you, but you have not received your payment. Now what?
- Check - We mail checks via regular US Mail. Please allow 21 days for delivery. If you do not receive your check within 21 days, please click here.
- Amazon Gift Card - If you do not receive your email within 3 days of the expected payout date, please check your spam folders. If you still can't find the email in your spam folders, please click here.
- PayPal - If you do not receive your payment, please check your spam folders, or simply log in to your PayPal account to view the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account associated with the email address you’ve provided to ShopAtHome, you can accept the payment by clicking Sign Up at the top right of any PayPal web page. You must create a PayPal account within 30 days to accept the payment, or the amount will no longer be available. If you create a new account and the email address you use for ShopAtHome is different from the email address you use for PayPal, please add the ShopAtHome email address to your PayPal account in your PayPal Account Settings.
