Select a Payout Method by visiting My Profile in your Account Settings. Provide and verify your email address. For all payment methods, we also require that you provide your name and mailing address. NOTE: You must input and verify valid payment information no later than the 20th of the month for which you become eligible for payment.
Your account shows a payment was issued to you, but you have not received your payment. Now what?
- Mail a Check:
If you choose this option, a check will be sent to the US or Canadian mailing address you've provided to ShopAtHome. If you do not receive your check within 21 days, please visit the Help Center.NOTE: Payment via Check is the default option on your account. If you have entered your name and a valid mailing address, a check will be mailed to you when you qualify for payment, unless you select another payment method and verify your email address by the 20th of the payment month.
- Amazon.com Gift Cards:
If you choose this option, you will receive your Cash Back payment in the form of an Amazon.com Gift Card, which will be sent to the email address you've provided to ShopAtHome. Please follow the instructions in the email to redeem your Gift Card on Amazon.com.NOTE: Emails are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not receive your email within 3 days of the payout date, please check your spam folders and ensure you have email@example.com cleared as a safe sender. If you still can’t find the email, please visit the Help Center.
If you choose this option, you will receive your Cash Back payment as a PayPal payment, which will be sent to PayPal referencing the email address you’ve provided to ShopAtHome. Please follow the instructions in the email to claim your PayPal payment.NOTE: If you do not receive your payment, please check your spam folders, or simply log in to your PayPal account to view the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account associated with the email address you’ve provided to ShopAtHome, you can accept the payment by clicking Sign Up at the top right of any PayPal web page. You must create a PayPal account within 30 days to accept the payment, or the amount will no longer be available.
If you create a new account and the email address you use for ShopAtHome is different from the email address you use for PayPal, please add the ShopAtHome email address to your PayPal account in your PayPal Account Settings.
